DJ services:

With an unlimited music database, and ability to work from custom song lists from customers, Tawna can cover any type of event- from the family BBQ, to Black Tie Gala. Song list suggestions are highly recommended to ensure the genera of music will best your event. Undecided? No worries, Tawna has a gift for reading the crowd and flow of the night, be it smoothing things out for a light dinner crowd to rocking the house with dance music.

 

Song Selection:

With a karaoke database of over 130,000 songs current to July 09', she has just about every karaoke song ever put out on karaoke. Feel free to email for a list of songs in the database, or with a few choice songs to check availability on.

 

Equipment:

Karaoke/DJ music is fully modernized and run off of computer, with twin JBL powered speakers that will blow you away, and top of the line 14 input Behringer mixer (individual mixing while you sing to ensure singers always sound their best), numerous mics available for large groups (we use and prefer corded mics over cordless because of sound quality).

 

Experience:

Tawna is very experienced with over 18 years involved with karaoke, lately many of them on the mic hosting. She currently works for herself as well as fill in work as needed for several other companies in the area. She has the ability to adjust to all types, sizes, and class of shows as needed. As a singer Tawna can perform just about any genera of music as needed to encourage initial singing by guests. She currently runs several regular gigs and can promise a fun time for all of your guests.

Applebee's: Bowie (every other Thurs),

                    Waldorf (Fri), and

                    California (Saturdays), as needed for Instant Party Karaoke & DJ Services

 

Private Parties: Available for bookings

Applebee's, Duffy's III, Indian Head VFW, LaPlata Moose, Martinis Lounge (now PUR), Spurs Nightclub (now ICON), Jimmies Corner Pub, Blue Dog Saloon, and numerous private parties and weddings, both as a DJ/KJ and/or as a hired/fill in singer in various local bands.

 

Rates:

Pricing depends on a few things: Location, length of show, method of payment (as I offer discounts for cash), size of venue and location (in a house, hall, outdoors, etc?).

Private shows average $75-$100 an hr. but vary greatly depending of size of event and type of event.

Regular club bookings start at $150 for a 4 hr set and go up for location, size of venue, etc..
